The protection and security of your personal information is of the utmost importance to Organisational Coaching Hub (OCH) the trading name of Kesby & Co Ltd. The use of your personal data by OCH takes place in compliance with GDPR.

Due to new technologies and the further development of this website, the latest version of this Privacy Policy can always be accessed via the website. Definitions of the terms used in this privacy policy (e.g. ‘personal data’ or ‘processing’) are as per Art. 4 GDPR.

Kesby & Co Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) as a Data Processor. The registered Data Protection Officer is David Kesby, Director of Kesby & Co Ltd.

COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA

Identity Data includes first & last name, Company, job title.
Contact Data includes billing address, delivery address, email address and telephone numbers.
Financial Data includes bank account details if you make purchases from us or if you otherwise subscribe to our chargeable services.

Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offenses.

OCH may collect Personal Data as part of programme registration, so that we can provide the necessary individualised learning services on that programme and on following-up. .

DATA RETENTION

By law we have to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data)

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register for a login on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

COLLECTION OF INFORMATION FROM CHILDREN

OCH does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 16. If you are under 16 years of age, please do not provide any personal information.
