The Programs Provided
We are developing a suite of programs aimed at enhancing all aspects of organisational coaching capability. Form leaders wanting to bring out the best in their people, to internal coaches wanting to provide team coaching, our ambition is to provide programs that build your organisation’s coaching capabilities.
The Coaching Team Leaders Program
A 3-Day equivalent experiential and hybrid program which takes you and your team to the next level over a couple of months.
Extra-Dependent Teams for Leaders
A 1-Day on-line program packed with exercises, discussions and practical applications on how to distinguish and develop Extra-Dependent Teams compared to conventional Inter-Dependent teams.
