The Coaching Team Leader incorporates our experience and knowledge leadership in teams. It means leaders use coaching with their whole team, bringing out the best in the team dynamic. The program will enable teams to be led well.

• How to bring out the best of the team’s power and knowledge
• How to use the 4C’s approach to team coaching

• Coaching conflict and disagreement
• Giving and receiving feedback
• Constructive and corrosive tensions
• The program uses real team challenges to explore the skills, mindset and positioning of coaching team leaders in practice

• 2 x 1/2 day virtual sessions
• 1 x full day in-person
• 2 x 1/2 day virtual sessions

The program is accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management. By completing this certificate program you will gain a professional membership of the Institute and will be awarded:

• A digital credential

• Membership of the Institute of Leadership and Management
