The Coaching Team Leader incorporates our experience and knowledge leadership in teams. It means leaders use coaching with their whole team, bringing out the best in the team dynamic. The program will enable teams to be led well.

• The program uses real team challenges to explore the skills, mindset and positioning of coaching team leaders in practice
