Extra-Dependent Teams are found in most organisations but aren’t recognised. They are teams consisting of people who do similar things, but who don’t work together when doing it. They are often mis-diagnosed as dysfunctional, when they are actually entirely normal.
In this session you’ll learn to recognise how to distinguish Extra-Dependent teams from Interdependent Teams (and from hierarchical teams), as well as some simple tips for leading them: because everyone deserves to be led well.
