Coaching Team Leader Program
This 3-day hybrid program is full of learning experiences to move your coaching from individuals to teams. Our Introduction to Team Coaching course is accredited with the Institute of Leadership and Management and provides a digital credential on completion. If you are a coach, you are eligible for CCE hours upon completion.

Too often, as coaches, we restrict our coaching to individuals. This means we lead through a hub-and-spoke model and miss the benefit of team synergy.

Purpose of This Program
The Introduction to Team Coaching course incorporates our experience and knowledge of leadership in teams. It means leaders use coaching with their whole team, bringing out the best in the team dynamic. The program will enable teams to be led well.

What Will be Learned
Attendees will learn:
- The different positions a leader can take to coach their team
- How to bring out the best of the team’s power and knowledge
- How to use the 4C’s approach to team coaching
- Practical team coaching techniques
- Creating trust and openness
- Coaching conflict and disagreement
- Giving and receiving feedback
- Constructive and corrosive tensions
- The program uses real team challenges to explore the skills, midset and positioning of coaching team leaders in practice
Program Structure
Programs are deliberately hybrid over 2 months so that participants can learn, practice, learn practice.
- E-Learning
- 2 x 1/2 day virtual sessions

What you Gain
The program is accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management. By completing this certificate program you will gain a professional membership of the Institute and will be awarded:
