About Organisational Coaching Hub
Your Professional Coaching Partner for Leadership Excellence.
At Organisational Coaching Hub we believe everyone deserves to be led well. Driven by this mission, we partner with organisations that are committed to achieving progress through complexity, empowering leaders to inspire, adapt and drive change – within their teams, their communities, and at the leading edge of their industries.
We understand that leading well in uncertain times isn’t easy. That’s why we take an emergent approach, encouraging exploration, discovery and reflection, and not dictating the answers.
Partnering with you every step of the way, we bring experienced coaching interventions to complex organisational challenges, equipping you and your team with the confidence and clarity to lead with impact.

How we Work - The 4Cs of Organisational Coaching
Connect
To get started, first we talk. Our professional coach will establish a firm relationship with you, understanding you as an individual, your team or your organisation. This is an important first step to ensure our work together is valuable.
Consider
We then work with you to identify your purpose, values, challenges, doubts, strengths, stakeholders and organisational system. We start early with this consideration phase and regularly return to deepen our understanding.
Change
Our work is all about change, learning and transformation. We partner with you, raising awareness, strengthening capabilities and recognising progress. Change is where the real work is done and the value realised.
Close
Finally, we actively close with you, enabling value that propels you and your team forward without further dependence on us. Our work is done and we are proud of the part we played.
Everyone Deserves to Be Led Well
Great leadership isn’t about titles, it’s about relationships. We coach leaders with a clear focus on who benefits, why leadership matters, and why coaching is a vital skill for leaders.
It isn’t just a personal trait; leadership exists in the dynamic between leaders and followers. Followers are active enablers of leadership where trust, safety, shared purpose and capability are the defining factors, not hierarchy. Leaders aren’t always managers and managers are not always leaders – people choose who they follow, often beyond the formal roles.
While leadership happens within teams, it isn’t tied to one person or a position. True leadership can emerge from anywhere in an organisation when individuals take meaningful action that drives progress.

Extra-Dependent Teams - The Book
By David Kesby
If there is one problem with understanding, leading and developing teams, its that we believe all teams follow the same model – working together to achieve a common goal.
This is because in organisations, it only relates to about half of teams.
As the saying goes, if you only have a hammer, everything looks like a nail.
By having two ways of appreciating teams, it opens a whole new set of options, not just for working with Extra-Dependent teams, but also in combining Inter-Dependent and Extra-Dependent teams into collaborating organisational systems.
And it all starts with appreciating difference – and similarity.
