Program Overview
This program is a shorter, more condensed programme than we have ever run before. It is aimed at a range of people directly involved with Extra-Dependent Teams within organisations.
It is fast-paced with a mix of presentations and active consideration with regards to your own context. It is high on content which means we get it to more topics sooner and get deeper into the subject and the deeper realisations that come from it.
The program is a series of 90 min sessions each day over the course of a week. It fits around your other work whilst giving you time to reflect between sessions, even apply some of the learning over the week.
Running it online provides the maximum accessibility, meaning we attract a range of like minded people across multiple industries and geographies.
During the program a sense of community is developed, a deliberate parallel process to the experience of being in a functional Extra-Dependent Team.
Who is it aimed at?
