The Systemic Team Coaching® Certificate is designed for individual coaches, team leaders and management consultants seeking to develop a team coaching practice.
The Program in March 2026 is a rare opportunity to learn with John Leary-Joyce, a world-renown team coach, facilitator and CEO of the Academy of Executive Coaching. He will also be accompanied by David Kesby, whose work on Extra-Dependent Teams is now incorporated into this programme.

Hive-Logic and Organisational Coaching Hub are proud to offer this world-class systemic team coaching program in-person in Basel, Switzerland. It will be led by John Leary-Joyce, who is at the fore-front of team coaching globally, author of books on team coaching and a leading Gestalt practitioner. Working alongside John will be David Kesby, author of “Extra-Dependent Teams” and a collaborator on the design of the new programme.
